I'm really upset with this company. I ordered the Crunchless Abs dvd's back in early January and paid almost $20 for them. I did not receive the initial workouts until March 16th! I did however to my surprise receive a box of workouts that were apparently my 2nd installment of dvd's in February, and a nice charge of almost $27 for them. I would of never signed up or bought anything if I knew that it was an ongoing subscription that would automatically charge my debit card! I normally look closely at what I purchase online and did not see that I was signing up for a monthly subscription. I called the company to let them know I still hadn't received the initial dvd's, and that I wanted to cancel out of the subscription, and sent the dvd's back. They said I would get my money back. This was the second week of February. I still haven't gotten a refund, so I disputed the charges with my bank. Two days ago, I received the initial workouts that I never got, and magically my account was charged another $19.99. When I called the company and finally got in touch with a person, they said that the charge was part of the subscription charge, (which was cancelled in February), and I couldn't return any of the dvd's because it has been over 30 days since I initially ordered them even though I only received the initial dvd's two days ago!!??!! I'm sort of wondering what else will happen, but have my bank researching the issue.
