Very unprofessional. I think he's competent, but he and his very grumpy wife have no business-sense at all. He bought a bunch of old fabric wholesale years ago and tries to push that off on his customers. I made an appointment to have him come to my home to measure my sofas and get a quote. After an hour had past waiting for his arrival, I called the store. They had no record of the appointment. Finally 4 hours later, he showed up at my door. I didn't like the old fabrics he had on stock, so I picked 4 different swatches he had in the store. Two weeks later, after I called to inquire about the samples, he tells me the samples were all old and aren't made any more. After all this mess, I gave up on Stoyan and will find someone else to reupholster my furniture.
