Best Customer service
I am going to be the recipient of a very important package (a bed), and your tracking has been showing all day and half of yesterday (Wednesday), that it would be delivered today.  No such luck.  Your office is saying it will be Tuesday or Wednesday of next week!  

I desperately NEED this bed (I tried to pay extra for expedited shipping, but they said we can't do it).

Well I called customer service about 7:15pm CST and spoke with Mr. Harvey G.  I just wanted to know where in transit my bed was since the tracking had not updated since 2am., I explained to Mr. Harvey that I had been expecting it all day.  I am bedridden and in so much pain and I desperately need this bed ASAP.

Well, Harvey went above and beyond, called the service center in Grand Prairie (I think) and as long as the truck arrives at 5am Friday morning, they will deliver it to me between 9 and 1.  THANK GOD and thank Harvey for going above and beyond to listen and he also had compassion for me and was just so very nice.

Thank you and Thank Harvey please, he deserves a raise or a nice bonus or something!!  Outstanding Customer Service!!!!
