This is not the place to call if you need immediate service or information. Endless voicemail system, which finally led to a recorded message, no real person. Also it took them twice as long as they told me it would for them to arrive. And once the driver did FINALLY arrive he had to have been no older than 25 and was very rude and quite arrogant. He also took no care loading my car onto his flat bead truck. I just felt that overall there could have been WAY better customer service and way more concern for my vehicle. I wish I could have gotten the drivers name but the company apparently doesn't require it's employees to be identifiable.
