We found a charge from ETUNES LLC of $23.76 on our American Express card on 3/16/11, which we did not authorize. I did a search on the Internet and found other Amex customers with unauthorized charges from this company. The telephone number listed on your site, (208)869-8732, is for a number in Idaho and has no association with this company. The address listed in Van Nuys is for West Coast Mail Centers. I called the mail center and they said that ETUNES rented a mailbox but is no longer there and suggested that we call the police.
The Secretary of State's office still shows this LLC as "active" (entity #201018310250) with the registered agent as Alina Shavernieva. Both the entity and the registered agent's address is the Van Nuys mailbox which is no longer valid.
I have no idea how ETUNES obtained our credit card information. Amex promptly credited this fraudulent charge and has red flagged this company.
