I called and based on the square footage I calculated was given a quote, which was very reasonable. There was no "bait and switch" once the cleaner arrived - which is the experience I have always had in the past with carpet cleaners. The guy who came out didn't try to upsell with "better" products or "warranties," etc. Both the gentleman who quoted over the phone and the guy who did the actual carpet cleaning were professional and friendly. The service was EXACTLY as described on their website, took a very reasonable amount of time, and we weren't left with soaking wet carpets. Also, once dry the carpets felt good to my bare feet - no feeling of residue - and looked great! AND THEY USED ENVIRONMENTALLY, KID AND PET FRIENDLY, PRODUCTS. A definite 5-star experience. I highly recommend and will use them the next time I need my carpets cleaned.
