I have been shopping from Evike.com for about 3 years now and have purchased many parts and guns from them. I live in New York and I normally get the stuff I order with in about a week, give or take a few days of course depending on UPS. Their customer service team is very good and very fast to get you assisted with any issues you may run into. I had a damaged package where the bottom of the box looks to be stabbed with something and it tore open my box which contained 30,000 rounds of BBs and a few pouches .. Needless to say I did not receive the 30,000 rounds in the shipment and was missing one of the pouches. I called Evike up and let them know what was going on. The customer service rep. I believe his name was Richard was very helpful and was quick to act to get this issue kept care of for me. He first asked if I could send a picture to Sales@evike.com of the damage, I had to question it and he told me that it was just for UPS so they would file the damaged package claim. He then told me that they would be sending me the BBs and the missing pouch. By the end of the day I had an email saying a claim had been filed through UPS as well as a tracking number for my new shipment of the 30,000 rounds and my pouch. On that note I did tell Richard that 2 of the 5,000 bags were intact and not damaged, so I expected to receive 20,000 rounds.. Well Richard was so kind to send me the complete 30,000 rounds. I couldnt believe that they would do that for me, when I called I was concerned that they would not believe me that this happened, not only did they believe me they sent me the replacements the same day. Great job and great service. I will continue to shop from them and will always trust that I will receive great service and will receive my order in a timely manner. Thank you Evike for helping me and thank you from making the sport of Airsoft what it is today!!!
