Mother of 2 boys
My 2 boys have been bugging me for close to a year now about buying Airsoft guns. I was always scared to shop from the online retailers after hearing about the horror stories, bad shipping, broken toys and no warranty or support after the purchase. But my boys found their guns and some equipment for them on this website and finally broke me down to buy them with their Christmas money. So upon checking out the webpage and the products they offered and some deep comparing of them and the other online retailers, I found that Evike had the better guns, better pricing and better warranty. I gave them a call because I was concerned that I would buy the wrong stuff for my kids guns and wanted to know what I was buying. I called the customer service line and spoke to a very nice man. He was very understanding that I knew not one thing about Airsoft and shopping online. He told me about each gun I was looking at and gave me information about them both that I just had never thought about needing to know. He told me about having to clean and maintain them over time and what not to do with them to prolong the life of the gun and that if anything EVER went wrong with them Evike.com would be there for any parts we would need and that if we could not repair the gun that we could send it to their Techs and have it repaired. Thus making our guns never just break and be forced to buy new ones. Now of coarse this is if we are out of their warranty period. So as we are talking and walking me through the check out process on their website he asks if we have any coupon codes and of course I hadn’t even thought about looking for one. Im thinking he will give me like a 5% coupon or something and he tells me that they currently had a 19% off coupon!!! I had to ask him again if that was correct, so he walks me through the complete process and gets me my coupon on the order. He saved me $85.00 on the order. Just fantastic that a company would allow that kind of discount on an order. So I check out finish the purchase and was emailed each step through the process and after it shipped I was provided a tracking number to watch it process across the U.S. all the way to Maine. From start to finish the process was only 7 days, that’s blazing speed we are on the complete other side of the U.S. from California. I have been reading some of these reviews here and they are no were near the service that I received by shopping with Evike. Well I have to say that I personally think that Evike.com has the greatest customer service and by far the best lay out a website could offer. Zoe Clay
