Pushy Sale Men
When I first got a call from a sales rep, I advised them that I was not ready to take transactions. A week or so later I got a call from the same sales rep and I told him I have been receiving calls to take transactions but I wasn't ready to make a decision
due to to many offers and I have to do my research... On fees etc. The sales man was pushy and persuading and persuading for me to sign up, he said if i didn't sign up with him there and then that I would possibly not be able to qualify for a free terminal.
I told him several times that I wanted to get to my business and do research before I decided but after being on the call for over an Hour I finally signed. ON faircommerce.com website it says "Our set up is easy, straightforward and honest. Give us a call
when you’re ready and let us earn your business." I wasn't ready, 3 weeks passes and no credit card transactions later I cancelled and now I have to pay a $199.00 Cancellation fee. I think that if the sales rep understood that I wasn't ready to decide and
possibly asked if he can follow up within some time when I was ready that maybe after some thought the company would have gained my honest business, whenI was ready.
