I placed an order for a Daisy Vase as a Pick Me Up for a sick co-worker. I placed the order on December 31 and it was supposed to be delivered the same day. It has yet to be delivered. I have been charged for this order. I have called the customer service line 3 times and no one from Gregory Scott has called my back. I have opened a dispute on the charge with my bank. The people in the call center have been very nice but the service and follow up from the florist have been extremely poor. I have read numerous reviews online (I only wish that I had read them before i placed the order) and I don't know how they are still in business.
