This review is limited to information for appraisers that may accept assignments from this company. The reviewer has had no experience with them as borrower.
This company will pressure appraisers to reach the needed value and will use many different tactics to get one to change an appraisal report.
Appraisers should also be aware that this mortgage company may refuse to pay for appraisals that do not reflect their needs, either value or market conditions.
Further, in violation of California law, they regularly record telephone conversations without notice.
