Check before you buy!!!

I purchased a Rolex for my wife about three years ago and felt at the time it was a good buy. For two years it was fine, then it stopped working. I contacted GK Scott and they were very helpful and asked me to return the watch for a complete cleaning and they would repair it at no cost (still under the two year warranty). A few weeks later it was returned and it work fine for about 12 months until it stopped working again. This time I sent the watch to Rolex. I just heard back from Rolex and they recommend a complete cleaning (again?), replacement of the crystal due to wear and then I'm told the bezel is not original (aftermarket)and Rolex suggested I purchase a new one to bring it back to it's original state. Now the watch cost me about $2,800 when I bought it in 09 and now I'm investing another $2,300 in repairs and parts. I suggest previous buyers and future customer of GK Scott question their purchases because you may not be getting a true 100% original Rolex regardless what their Watch Evaluation & Appraisal report guarantees.
