Had a roof leak and the tarp they used to cover roof was not secure enough and falling off. We asked them to come out and secure tarp and they took it upon themselves to take it down entirely. When asked why they took the tarp down, they replied the weather is clear. Two weeks later its suppose to rain and they wont come out and re tarp until they have payment in full. They are suppose to wait for negotiations with insurance company before they are entitled to payment. Renee the office manager is extremely rude and hangs up on customers during conversations. I will never deal with this company again. Very unprofessional. I only gave one star because you have to....I would have given NONE!!!!
