I am currently very dissatisfied with the service that Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. has provided me.
I submitted a claim to them after a UPS truck damaged my gate. I was there and saw the incident. A claim was filed with Gallagher and the quote to repair the damage came back at $134. This is $309 damages less $137 for "depreciation" and $38 for labor.
All I want is for Gallagher to have the gate replaced with a similar gate that was there before the UPS truck damaged it or pay a fair price to have it fixed. I contested their actual cash value and they have not yet called me back.
Because of this, I plan to submit a complaint to the BBB. Gallagher currently has an "F" rating with the BBB. After the way they have handled this claim, I know why.
