BADLY TRAINED AGENTS REFLECT ON INSURANCE COMPANY'S OVERALL PERFORMANCE AND PROFESSIONALISM

I was a rear ended by Clark's Pest Control in November of 2011. Gallagher Bassett claimed fault for their client. I had damage to my new Honda Accord and I was given a less than average repair contribution. Luckily I know a auto body technician that agreed to fix my car for the amount of check, which he called an "insurance rip off!" Additional, as a result of the accident's impact, I sustained injury to my neck and back. I underwent treatment with a local chiropractic physician. Upon completion of my therapy, I was contacted by Lori Valentine, Sr. Claims Representative. She contacted my Physician and requested billing. Cost for copies and mail service was explained to her. Valentine demanded their tax id, before rendering moneys or completing a transaction. What in the world gives her the right to demand anyone's tax id before completing services? CRAZY I say! So she threatened my Physician's office personal, and refused to send them a request form for their record, which they would have filled out and returned. Then Valentine threatened to tell on Tammy, the office manager, to me. Who conducts business like that? Crazy I say! On July 12, 2012, Valentine demands that I forward my medical records and billing related to this matter for OUR review. She also advised me thate statute of limitation for my injury claim expires on December 8th, 2013. First of all, I have never dealt with such and inappropriate, less than professional, deviant agents as those that work for Gallagher Bassett. I will not personally pay for copies of the medical billing, so she can get out of expenses, and I will not do her job for her. I will forward the total billing and she will pay it and pay me for damages and losses immediately. I did not drive like an idiot, looking at my HAMBURGER and hit someone, your client did. So deal with it, and do so professionally. KIM
