I Ordered digital downloadable lessons from the company to the tune of approx. $100. The company failed to provide a link or email that would permit me to have access to my purchased downloads. Customer service is all automated or nonexistant. I have been trying for 3 days to get in contact with an actual person to discuss either a refund, or access to the downloadable material that I purchased. I haven't been able to get in contact with an actual person via phone after trying dozens of times. They send bogus emails that dont address the issues and concerns that I have. It's almost as if they are going to tell you what they want you to know, and any question thay you may have will certainly not be addressed appropriately. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they're essentially little to no customer service available. I would recommend going to Jamal Hartwell's website personally. Overall it's much better customer service. I'm still waiting for either a refund or access to my downloads. Access was suppose to be instantly delivered via email and via hearandplay.com digital media center website. They pretty much stole my money and have shown me no appropriate measure to ensure the problem is corrected. Personally I believe the company is incompetent when it comes to delivering Instant digital downloadable material.
