I have a complaint against Hewlett Packer because of a completely unresponsibve HP Printer OfficeJetPro 8500 909a. Purchased from Staples, Inc. 8322 Pineville-Matthews Road, Charlotte, NC 28226 on April 7, 2011. After many connecting and printing issues, we attempted to return it to
Staples local store here withinour given 2 week period. They sent us home with it and in=structions to try again and to call the Herwlett Packard main telephone number, which we did for numberouis time in the next several days.
We used up the initial ink supply in trials and a coupld of reams of paper.
Still no results. So we tried to now utilize our extra 2-year warranty to get our money back for a non-responsive printer. Well, we were rebuffed again at the corporate level and spent many, many manhours and patience trying to get results. Nothing! I give them a "0" in public relations and fairness. I want my $149.00 back and you can just skip the printer ribbons and paper. Fair is fair. The company representative finally said, it must be the printheads. But we lost the 2 week deadline by now and also, it looks like they are doing nothing about our 2 year warranty. THIS IS NOT FAIR AND I WISH TO BE REIMBURSED. PLEASE ADVISE.
