I have had so many problems with this company, I am not even sure where to start.
1. They shipped my order 2 days late & refused to refund my overnight shipping fees, stating it was not their problem (their exact words). It took 3 calls to get them to ship it & find out when it would arrive.
2. When my order finally arrived, only half of it was there. It took over a week and another 6 calls (at least one every day) for them to ship the other half. Included with this part of the order was a smart*** note that said "sorry" and included Tootsie Rolls, supposedly as part of the apology for delaying my order of hundreds of dollars.
3. Every time I called this company, I was promised that someone would call me back soon and take care of it. I never got a return call EVER & had to call EVERY DAY, multiple times, to get any sort of answer. Again, THEY NEVER CALLED OR E-MAILED ME TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION.
4. When I finally reached the main manager (which took 3 calls & 2 weeks of dealing with their TERRIBLE customer service) he told me (as had everyone that I spoke with) that it was not their problem. He also said he had been listening to this going on for a week & called me a liar. He also told me that I was "entitled" if I thought I deserved good customer service and a partial reimbursement for shipping fees, incomplete order, etc.
5. When I asked him how they were to going to rectify the situation, I was told that, again, it was not their problem and they were not going to do anything to fix the problem.
6. I never received an actual apology, only attitude as if I had somehow created the problem.
I honestly feel that because of the field they work in, they think they can screw people over & no one will report it.
While I remained calm & polite throughout every phone call, I was met with nothing but rudeness. I do not know how this company stays in business.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY & BE TREATED LIKE CRAP.
By the way, any good reviews online were most likely written by the company - they sound like a sales pitch.
