7/18/20 Worst ever! A nightmare to complete a buy out or purchase at end of the lease.
A number of rip off fees and con artists in the refinance dept.telling you that these fees must be paid no matter how you complete the transaction. Dont use this company.
Long waits to talk to CS and or they say, "high call volume" and hang up on you.
Do your best to go to any other finance company! In addition I was told 2 different places to mail odometer cert. and the form reference one location to send and the CS rep said send to another. Also the form itself for the odometer reading I down loaded from my account on their web site was different than the one referenced by CS rep? Com on! 7/21/20 to 7/24/20, call everyday and still cannot get through. And after you put in Account number DOB etc 2 TIMES, RECORDING SAYS "experiencing high call volume" they HANG UP. Unbelievable. Bet if I was refinancing through them I would get right through. Thats where the sales dept is telling you that these fees must be paid no matter how you complete the financing transaction.
