I recently completed refinancing my owner occupied duplex into a 7 year ARM mortgage through Infinity Home Loans, Inc. First Class Service all the way. I was really impressed with their knowledge of the lending market.
Nathan Turner of Infinity Home Loans, Inc. gave me exceptional service in handling my new loan. I was working with several mortgage brokers, as well as directly with a Lender, and Nathan was more efficient than any of them. Nathan stayed on top of my application, and was always easy to reach and to talk to. He answered all my questions proficiently and accurately, and delivered on what he promised, and he went the extra mile to deliver the type of loan I wanted, and in a speedy manner. I am highly recommend Nathan to everyone I know who wants a mortgage. He was knowledgeable and persistent without being overbearing.
My refinance experience was nothing but "stress free" which was only possible by the services provided by Nathan. He always took the time to keep us informed every step of the way of what was going on. The services provided was done in a professional manner, there was never a point where I felt left out of the loop, I always knew what stage my paperwork was in the entire process. The rate we were able to obtain was absolutely fantastic. The start to finish took approximately 4-5 weeks.
