I was contacted by several different companies after filling out some forms online to determine the value of my home. Alex Than called one Saturday morning as I was getting ready to send documents to another company and I decided to take a leap of faith when he told me how much I could save. He was able to secure the mortgage rate I wanted. He provided an overview of the process and sent the forms and documents I needed in a timely manner. The entire refinance was completed within 30 days even though one of the companies we worked with was slow with their data. With Alex I always knew what the next step in the process would be as well as how long it should take. When all was said and done Alex was able to save me a considerable amount of money as well as time. I would gladly recommend Alex for his excellent communication skills, attention to detail and integrity. He was indeed able to save me more than he initially promised on the refinance of my home.
