Security At Last

I was very dissatisfied with the way our old Alarm Co was handling our renewal. I decided to look for another. An Integrity marketing rep was in our community and she sounded very experienced and showed an remarkable attitude about how her company and how they could provide the best security system. She offered a rate that we were very happy about, along with a great introductory offer, was able to educate us about security systems and what they should do. Our old company mailed our installation and we had to do it ourselves, which meant that we could not do the best job. When her installation person came and proceeded to install and at the same time explain in the way that we understood what the benefits were and how easy it was to use on a daily basis. More so, he offered advice and tips that made sense and worked with us well and complimented our lifestyle. I found this to be the best consumer relationship that I have experienced in a long time. They displayed excellent customer service along with pride in their
company, product and services.
