Innovative Merchant Solutions charged me for over a year even though I never agreed to setting up an account. I filled out the online form to inquire about account setup and received an email stating that Innovative needed more information from me to complete the process. When I called them to complete the setup I decided not to go through with the process since the account could not be activated in a timeframe that was useful to me. I then heard nothing for over a year. I did not receive any account access information or documentation to indicate that the account had been setup despite my clear instructions not to do so. I only heard from Innovative when I closed the bank account they had been charging. That's when I discovered they had been charging me for over a year (my fault for not noticing however the charges are under "Intuit" so I assumed it was for another product). When Innovative contacted me they claimed that I owe them fees they were unable to charge my closed account. I have called them numerous times and they are not willing to come to any resolution. They did say however that they can see from their records that I never used any of their services. Now they have transferred the issue to a very impolite and crude collection service. Going forward I am going to be very wary of using any of Intuit's products.
