everyone submitts bad review about their transaction but what the people dont understand is that every case and file works differently..this company doesnt charge a fee to modify they first check your elgibility to see if they can help you in any workout available for your mortgage..i payed 2395.00 for the whole process and they did the best they could and helped me approve on my modification and they saved my home..thank you so much for the good results and the best efforts...they helped me with all documents not like my lender that dont understands crap..i recomend maxima home loans..and especially with the REPRESANTATIVE ricardo buenida he explained the process perfectly..and i understand is up to my lender to approve me..but this company works their best they can and they wont give up on your case no matter what...please call me for recomendations at 714-310-1783 my name is leo torrez
