Maxima Home Loans is a total scam. Byron Ozuna took a total of $4,495.00 from us in exchange for obtaining loan modifications for two of our mortgages and after he got our money he never followed through with the banks. We ended up submitting all documentation ourselves and were eventually denied modifications not once but several times. Byron Ozuna and Joaquin Santa Maria blatenly have made up lie after lie in order not to refund our money, including stating that we are not respoding to their mumerous letters. This is a blatant lie. This Maxima Homes Loans company is nothing but a scam. You can petition the modification yourslef. Don't fall pray to their lies. They will say any lies just to get your money. Be aware of them!
