I've used Kathryn Fagan Enterprises for about 18 months now, since the previous owners of my home highly recommended their services. Kathryn always sends a crew of 2, and the house absolutely sparkles and shines when they are finished. Kathryn knows the best cleaning products to use for marble, granite, wood, etc. and instructed me as to what to buy from the very beginning. I continue to be amazed at the thoroughness of the cleaning after every job...every corner, every hair... and how great the house smells too (love that fabulosa smell!). I prefer the crew to change vacuums for different surfaces, putting away the vacuum hoses rolled up and tied neatly. I have a lot of breakables and the crew is always careful and respectful of the things I care about. Sometimes certain rooms don't get used and the crew will just do a quick "freshen up" of those rooms. They will also do the refrigerator, microwave, blinds, change linens, towels...whatever I ask. I can't imagine anyone being less than 100% satisfied with this service.
