A few months ago, a friend mentioned how happy he was with a refi on his home. He told me that he had done some research and found what he believed was a great deal. He completed the refi, lowered his rate and mentioned that he would be saving a considerable amount of money monthly. He mentioned how easy the process was to complete with only a few phone calls and by sending in some copies of documents. He provided me with both the name of the company, Lenders Direct and the loan officer.
I had been wanting to refi my home for some time since the rates were low, but without luck. I had a first and second on my home and had no luck with the mortgage companies and banks that I contacted. When I asked them if they could combine the first and second, they would just say no, or mention that I would have a high rate.
On the first call to Lenders Direct, I mentioned my past luck with some other companies. From the very beginning, the loan officer assured that there would be no issues combining my first and second. I was told about their process and opted to start the paperwork right away with no pressure. Just like my friend mentioned, it took just a few phone calls, mailing some documents via e-mail and one meeting to sign loan documents and everything was done.
I couldn't be happier with the way the loan turned out. I now have what I know is a great 30 year fixed rate for my home and the process couldn't have been easier.
I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
