How dare this company, say and state a promise they can not for fulfil , here in lies the problem ,Loan depot called myself and my husband and guarated us a loan for a much less interest rate , I told Daniel Conrad we were not interested in anything he was selling , he then replied with "I'm not here to sell you anything ", just give you awesome ,honest customer service and a awesome loan for and interest rate of 4.375% he guaranteed no one could beat this, nor could they do better then loan depot, I'm still not sure he understood what we said so he contuse to call our home, assuring us that he could help lower our interest rate, we then give this the benefit of the doubt , And I then explained I will not take nothing but honesty from this co , he was very pleasant on the phone so we moved forward at this point , I asked many question and he answered them all , we then sent to this company many personal documents that was needed for the loan, we had been through this before nothing seemed usual for what they needed. After many phone calls and Daniel Conrad telling us that Diane Besson was going to be the loan officer handle our loan we were ok with that ,So with that said he tells us we need and appraisal done on the home, and at this point he needs to lock in our interest rate, he then tells myself and my husband LoanDepot needs 495.00 to lock in the rate , he now needs a credit card I tell him we don't do credit cards so we do a wire transfer of said money from our checking acct , so now we wait , he comes back with our appraisal and says that its not high enough, we owe less on our home they the home was apprised at and its not like we were taking any money on our homes equity ,so I said to Daniel Conrad , no loan no lock rate and he tells me no money back either , this company needs the door shut on them !!!!!! In my heart not one star does this company get from me they lied and know what there doing is wrong I'm appalled , not only was he a smooth talker but he was use his Christian for our business , knowing and me telling him we are good honest Christian people , we are now out 495.00 dollars because we trusted this company. We will not recommend
LoanDepot for anything!!!!!
