I first discovered Luis's shop when I was looking to a smog check, it was a pleasant experience. Soon after I brought our HOnda in for service, then my van...even recommended it to my in-laws and to my friends, they have nothing but praises for this place.
A good point was my collegue, he brought his nissan suv to a dealership and was told he needed a new converter (catalyctic), which would cost him and arm and a leg. I recommended him that he see's Luis first, and they told him, he does not need a new converter, his engine hasnt been serviced properly and the back portion still contained the original seal which mean, all those times, the engine was serviced partially only. They cleaned everything and then gave him a bill much less than what he anticipated to pay for the list of items that they have to work on his suv. He even recommended the shop to his friends and family.
Its a family-owned service and both Luis (Sr. and Jr.) are very good owners and they really take care of their customers and service. Perhaps some that post are just disgruntled, or may just be bogus customers that discredits the place since they have their own agenda.
