STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! DO NO BELIEVE THEIR "MONEY BACK GUARANTY". I was lied to from the begining. Of course, the salesman I delt with is no longer with the company. Once they get your money you will never hear from them. They worked on my modification for 9 months. My house is now in forclousure. If I had the $3000 I paid them, I would still have my house. All they did was take the documents I sent to them and forward them on to my bank. In addition they cost me more than $30,000 by giving me false information. Marc Felise will string you along just long enough so you cannot file a claim with your bank.
