At least I eventually got what I ordered

My first and only order with merchconnection was for two t-shirts. Their email receipt states that they need 1-3 business days to process all orders so I was patient.
SIX business days later I still had not received an email that the order had shipped or been processed or acknowledged in any way. I emailed customer service and politely complained. They did respond a few hours later and apologized and said they would personally make sure my order shipped out that day. At the end of the day I did get an email with a USPS tracking number so I tracked the package only to find out that all they did was create a shipping label, I guess hoping that I would be pacified with that. According to the tracking records they did not actually ship the package for another 2 days. I finally got the order yesterday and it was correct.
Thankfully, my experience with them was not as bad as others have had but I can definitely see where people are coming from. I will not order from this company again. They are slow and there was no reason to tell me the order would be shipped that day when it was not. If they had told the truth and said they needed a couple more days I would have understood that, but instead they lied and insulted my intelligence by assuming I wouldn't know the difference between actually shipping a package and creating a label so it would look like they had done something.
