Do not use this company or contact Kevin Rasher. He scams people out of money and does nothing but hinder the modification process with your bank. He claims he needs you to pay him to order "conditions" for your lender, but there aren't any "conditions" that your lender usually needs. He says he needs $2500.00 for things such as appraisals, yet appraisals are never done and lenders don't even require this on modifications. I have lost $1250.00 to him and am in the process of serving him for a refund since now he won't return my e-mails or my requests for a refund. He is a total scam. He claims to be an attorney that graduated from Harvard, yet he cannot be found anywhere on the bar attorney look-up. He had multiple negative reviews, but threw fits until web-sites took them down and created multiple websites of himself reviewing himself great, yet not allowing people to comment or review him. You will be out of money if you contact him and he does nothing to assist you to stay in your house. He will convince you in the beginning that everything is good to go and you are approved, which is NOT the case. I can go on and on, with a horrible review of him, but if you use him, you will definitely be sorry. If I can give him 0 stars, I would, but it is making me at least give 1 - which he definitely doesn't deserve. Also - when things fall apart, he blames your lender to look like it was their fault. He does this EVERY time, I have read the reviews and his defenses on all of them and they are all the same story. He's a total scam! Also - he has multiple company names that he uses and has changed the name of his company multiple times, due to bad reviews and upset clients.
