I went through this company to get my morgage lowered. I am getting really close to retirement age and the payments on my house are high. I contacted this company to help. Paid them to help me. They took my money and did nothing. When I contacted them to find out what was going on, I would get the runaround. Meanwhile, my bank started forclosure on my house. I had to pay another company to help me. So I ended up short of funds and almost out of a house because of my dealings with these people. Then when I went to the Better Business Burro to help me recover my money from this company, I found out that they did not have any dealings with them either. An the only way I will get help from the BBB is if Home Retention USA cheats and steals enough people out of there money and complains to the BBB to do a class act. So my warning to all that want to use this company is DON'T. Also, I ask all of you that have dealt with this company and got taken advantage of, PLEASE report them to the BBB. Thank you all.
