My experience with the company was fantastic.
I used their LCD repair service for my Macbook Pro.
I had a resolution question which I called about which was promptly answered.
There was a significant amount of time wasted on the part of the shipping company before the company ever got my machine. The box they sent me to pack the machine in was also damaged.
It took almost a full month, California to Virginia, Virginia to California for them to get my machine.
A quick email to customer service later and I was adequately compensated and received overnight return shipping at a very discounted rate, despite the fact that all issues were the shipping company's, not theirs.
They fixed the machine, cleaned it and shipped it back out within HOURS of receiving it.
Fantastic service. Great company. I Highly recommend them.
