My wife and I started the loan modification process over three yrs ago . going with several different attorneys after 2 trys and 2 no deasls . we decided no more than one we were put in contact with N.L. LOAN SERVICING ,after getting our long story of woe out there . They went to work helping us . We started the new loan mod. the end of Nov. of 2010 and they got us reduction of interest and lower payment. All this by May and what we owed in back payments were added to the end of loan. We can only say thanks . Through tears of joy , the help we received from Nicole, Kathy,Mandy does not go unnoticed and hopefully no appreciated at N.l.Sometimes Just them listening to us helped us through a tough time.
