I contacted Omni Design Studio Inc. (Omni)in January 2014.
I told them that I was interested in building 2 units in the city
of Hawthorne. They informed me that they could give me a fixed price for the design and construction work early on since they specialized in design/build projects. I met with the owner Jose Gutierrez, and he was extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful telling me the most economical design solution for my project. His price was reasonable and I decided to use Omni for the design and construction work. I was extremely happy dealing with him throughout the design and construction phases. He always kept me informed during the whole process and I was pleased with him and his company's performance. He was on budget, and both of my new units came out great. I highly recommend Omni for any design and building projects.
