Worth every penny of their reasonable hourly rate, in fact, had I let the Geek Squad fix my computer for the $249 they quoted me, I would have paid about $100 more than what OnTarget charged me. Plus, they didn't just fix my computer, they setup my router AND setup my backup system.
Could not recommend them more. And best of all, they came to my house...I didn't have to lug it into the store and leave it for a few days.
