We selected to work with OnTrac through Costco's program, and we could not have been happier with the result. The quote came back at $200 less than Mesa, including everything we wanted and a lifetime warranty on parts, labor, and maintenance. The technicians who did our install were prompt, timely, clean, and polite; the salesman (Dave) who provided our quote was direct, honest, and didn't give me the run-around--just explained what OnTrac had to offer in clear terms and with clear pricing. The install was scheduled within 10 days of placing our order and it looks fantastic, the opener is SO quiet, we are thrilled with our experience and happy to own this product.
