I had a good experience. Thanks to loan officer Peter Di Ferdinand for helping me through the process. Peter made sure I was always informed, and replied quickly to questions and documents.
Minus 1 star for an overly nitpicky and drawn out underwriting phase (not Peter's fault), and the fees were higher than I expected. Otherwise a great experience.
