Alex Jocovic performed exactly as other reviews stated he would. If you use reviews to make your decisions, then trust Alex and make him your choice broker. My husband and I are extremely busy and needed to trust Alex would carry us through the re-fi process.
He did that and more. He called when he said he would, we did not get passed on to anyone else, he showed us via GOTOMeeting what he was looking at determine rates, and he gave us all the "tips" to help us navigate through the process. I think it worked best
because we could communicate via computers, lots of scanning and sending docs via email. He was proactive and instead of needing "another" document in the eleventh hour, he had already queued us up so there were no surprises. He quickly learned between us
who provided him the data/documents he needed and flat out got things done. You were never left wondering where you where at in the process. Look no further. You will be satisfied.
