I was recently looking to start up an online business. I came across a company that was located in Columbia. Being that it was outside the U.S, I decided to not go with it. I then stumbled across a plain looking website called www.pacificwebsolutions.com. The first thing I looked for was the presentation on a web designer’s site. I then noticed they had the BBB Online Seal. After seeing that they been in business for over 5 years with a AAA ranking. I decided that was sufficient enough to try them out. What the heck! I decided to email them. That same day I received a pleasant email from the owner Steve Shumes. He contacted me in the evening and wanted to know what I was trying to do. He was very courteous, and was eager to help me out. We then started on my project; I must admit I did change my mind a few times. I could imagine how frustrating that can be. Anyhow, they helped me through my whole process, remained in contact with me at all times and worked around my personal schedule. Sarah, who is the brains behind the whole operation, took over after Steve was done designing. Talk about nice; you can actually feel her kindness through her emails. She is always there to tell you how it is and what she thinks is best. She is fast, extremely nice, and does good work.
Overall, they are honest, will not push you to buy something you don't need, fast, courteous and easy to do business with! I would recommend them to anyone.
