This is the most unprofessional property management company I have come across in a long time. First their VP of "Business Development" severely misquoted our monthly service cost.
Once the error was noticed they threatened to quit after less than a months worth of "service" if we didn't agree to now pay DOUBLE the original quote.
The President then had the nerve to say on a conf call that a property of our size should have to pay that as a minimum. Really?? Then why didn't your VP of Business Development catch that?! Why is that person who apparently doesn't know sh!t about your "business" preparing contracts??
I guess we should have ran then but they had us in a pickle. Not even three months later they quit and give us one month notice. Good riddance to bad rubbish! This company is complete garbage.
Oh and when you sign a contract with this "company" you have to agree to insurance through the President's husband's company. Conflict of interest much?
