When searching for funding it is always important to avoid companies that charge any kind of upfront cost. There are several companies online that charge fees for qualifying, underwriting or whatever other savvy term they can call it. Any company worth its weight will not charge until the produce results.
If you run across any company charging upfront cost run don't walk from them. If you are looking for a company that will work at no cost. Most of the companies charging upfront cost unfortunately show up on the early pages of google. Remember just because they are on the front page, that doesn't mean they deliver. Usually this just means they have a good marketing or SEO company working for them. If you want a reputable company I suggest Life House Funding or trying a local bank.
