Had an appointment for Friday between 8 AM & 10 AM. Waited until 10:10 and no one called or showed up. Called the company and was told that they didn't service the area that I live in, and someone called and left two messages the day before.
No one ever called! There were no messages! Very poor customer service!
When I called to make the appointment, the gal didn't explain what needed to be done prior to cleaning. After reading couple poor reviews, I called back the second time and asked questions to find out that I had to move the furniture and vacumm myself before they can clean the carpet.
Should have listened to other reviewers. Very disappointing. Waste of my time!
