!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They NEVER explained what their service included and did not include. I had to move all items out of the way while the employee watched. I have a damaged back and this would have been good to know ahead of time. They DO NOT VACUMM before cleaning your carpet. WHAT ????? The pads they used look like they should have been thrown away weeks before their visit to my house. I called to speak to person in charge 4 times.. Every time I was given some excuse why they could not be reached & NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL. I feel that this is very POOR business practice. They misrepresented the drying time as well. I give this company a ZERO or POOR on the rating.
