I was referred to Nick Kohli from my broker agent friend in purchasing of my first property. He was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. He was also very accommodating, through, and answered my abundance of questions in a simple but educated format. I was able to talk, email and text at any time and he would respond in a short order - this was important because this property was a short sale, and the seller/selling agent wanted to close quickly. And....When something was incorrect - especially when in escrow, he was quick to chase down the responsible party and make sure it was corrected.
