When dealing with a property management company I strongly suggest you check credentials with the Dept. Of Real Estate

When I choose which management company to use I find it CRITICAL to phone the Dept Of Realtors and all other Licensing agencies to check this persons status and number of fraud allegations levied. I also strongly suggest when choosing a Management Company
that you check to be sure that she is a Broker, and not someone without the proper credentials to even be in the business of managing the property of others. I know of one person who purchased a Property Management franchise without the proper credentials
and subsequently was accused of several counts of mismanagement and fraud, among other serious acts which could result in the suspension or revocation of her license so it is imperative that you insist on seeing her credentials to know she is really what she
appears. It is important that property managers respond to clients and others she does business with and act ethically. Dont you agree?
