I had the worst experience with this company and I would not recommend for anyone to purchase tires from this place or any place that represents them. I purchased used tires that I could have bought in cash; however, I chose to use their "payment plan" method. Their facilities do not permit a high speed balancing (even though you end up paying astronomical pricing). Their scare tactics pressure their consumers to have no other choice but to have to pay additional to another company to complete the job. Upon going to another place to complete the high speed balancing (to avoid the loud obnoxious sound that my car was making); I was advised that the tires sold to me were BENT and they could not understand why they were sold to me if it can clearly be seen!! I was fooled to pay top dollar for rims and tires that were no good!! I was manipulated to pay extra for this insurance tire plan that when it comes down to it they never want to deliver or follow through on what the services supposedly offers!! It is a complete scam for consumers to pay more money than they have to for a product that can be purchased elsewhere at more reasonable prices. I would tell anyone who purchases from them to think twice before finalizing a purchase and not to be swayed by their scare tactics. Their customer service skills are poor and unproffessional. It took them a year to finally exchange the BAD rims that they sold and installed in my car!! It was an embarrassment because I kept getting the run around and I was even hung up on over the phone. Think twice before purchasing ANYTHING from this company!!
