Do not rent an apartment from this company. They will misrepresent the renter's law and and will attempt to intimidate you. It took over 68 days for my security deposit to be refunded, even though California law allows only 21 days! They hire inexperienced, uneducated staff with whom you will have to deal with for any of your needs. My entire experience with this company has been stressful and horrible. There are so many good landlords, why rent from a bad one?
