SHUTTLETOLAX DOES PROVIDE A LOW COST SOLUTION FOR GETTING TO LAX BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPEED IS NOT THEIR GOAL. Shuttle contracts service out in our case it was PRIME TIME. The pickup was fine but I paid double for this service and took the basic home.
The van was dirty and in total disrepair. We were picked up about 45 minutes after the reservation time, took two additional turns of the airport, My flight from London took 10 hours. This service is solid basic service, no frills and zero customer service.....The
driver was angry from the get go, he knew a trip to Hollywood and the North Valley was not going to work.... If you have unlimited time and want to take a tour of the city in cramped dirty conditions and price is your only concern, take this service..... I
can not recommend this for any reason
